We have a raging snowstorm/blizzard here right now that was not in the forecast..the power has been going on and off continuously for hours, there was a 4.4 earthquake in MakKovik (Labrador) this morning and what the heck is going on in the US...?

very very warm here and sunny. We broke the temp record here in the Montreal area yesterday and i think we will do it again today. It is amost 20c. Lots of peeps are walking around in shorts and t-shirts.

another beautiful warm and sunny day here! I feel for all the westerners with all their snowfall and cold temps. Its coming here but hopefully not all that snow.

Hi! Haven't been here in a while, we had boring weather!

However, we are dealing with the aftermath of a giant blizzard Sunday.
We had decent weather last week, temps in low teens, previous bit of snow was gone.
Saturday brought some snow - but overnight, 30 cm plus winds, had more Sunday.
City in a mess Monday.
Son drives a 35 year old truck 4x4 with good snow tires. Anything less, like regular cars, had no chance of getting out of where they were parked, let alone driving.

Milan was quite the snow angel that day. Helped a lot of people including us.
We will get a bit more snow today.

Natalka i feel for you! We are haveing a another beautiful warm and sunny day! 22 celcius for today. Peeps are walking around in shorts, no sweaters. Son put up our Christmas lights on the weekend. Seems a bit strange to see Xmas lights in this heat. Temps supposed to change for tomorrow but im enjoying the last of the heat.

Cannot believe the spate of lovely weather here. Just finished enjoying lunch on our new deck and enjoying the view. It will not last, of course, but will enjoy it while I can!

Addendum .. a wonderful fall sound of leaves crunching as they fall. I honestly cannot recall the last time I heard that. So lucky I can hear it today.
