    Last night was a treat! Pork back ribs. Boiled and drained them, tossed them in a large roasting pan with toasted sesame oil and EVOO, pepper, salt and an Italian herb mixture. They finished off in the oven while the sweet potatoes and regular spuds roasted. Coleslaw was there too but feeling quite inadequate....lol.
    Can we say " fall off the bone? " DS eats his ribs as is. DH slathers chx/rib sauce on his. Me? I did it right this time.
    Mixed 2 little containers from Popeye's ( honey mustard ) with a dollop more of real honey, covering my serving of ribs and cooking a little more in the oven. Oh wow.....

    I promised DS a feast tonight.

    So I took out pork chops. I will coat them in breadcrumbs and spices and bake.
    Make green beans and perogies to go with them. (since we have 2 unopened containers of sour cream that expire this week)
    That should be good for tonight and tomorrow night for the boys since I think I took out 6 huge chops (50 cents LB I bought them for and stocked up)
