Eating makes me hungry, so usually I don't.
As an exception today I bbq'd a spiral ham.
Yes I did burn it but just a little.
Boy, you people need to know everything don't you.

Decided on Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms (OH MY I love this dish so yummy) with Mashed Potatoes (have some I need to use up) and on the side I will cook up the last bit of Bean Medley (not to worry I have a new bag in the freezer, but am also very excited to see my Costco has just Green Beans not in the Medley, next time I need Green Beans I will be buying these instead).

DH made the short trek to NF just to grab some cases of bottled water and a couple other things. Funny enough while he was there he found the elusive ( just couldn't find them anywhere ) thick Basa steaks in their freezer bunker!
We have bought them from NF in the past but enjoyed the last bag of them a month ago.
Woo hoo! Now we are stocked up again.
The reason we like these more is fillets tend to fall apart, these sturdy steaks stand up to a robust cooking!
Dinner is Basa steaks tonight!
