    Wasn't planned , but at Metro when I saw 30% stickers on a couple of smaller Angus sirloin steaks, I picked up both of them.
    OOP was $4.40 and it fed the 3 of us easily. Pan seared with mushrooms and onions, then covered and slow cooked 50 minutes in the oven. Mashed spuds ( again ) and niblet corn on the side.

    Thawing a large pack of basa steaks atm. Will serve with Basmati rice on the side. I wanted Polenta with a tomato sauce topping, but DH turned his nose up when I suggested it.

    Decided on Spaghetti with Meatballs. Pulled homemade Meatballs from the Freezer and will make either Cheesy Garlic Naan or Garlic Bread to go with it and a Caesar Salad.

    Mom wanted to Roast a Chicken tonight so I was just going to make sides but the Chicken is taking forever to cook so plan b is needed and chicken will be tomorrow's dinner.

    Plan B pulled Homemade Burgers from the freezer and going to have Burgers with Oven Fries.
