Last night’s supper was hone made fried rice and steamed California veggies. Tonight I’m making sweet and sour meatballs to go with last night’s leftovers.

best laid plans went up in smoke for me. I had typed in both lunch and dinner items ( on a calorie reduced diet atm ) but because breakfast was so late ( nearly 1 p.m. ) I was nowhere near hungry enough to eat until around 6 p.m.
Trouble was I was making a new batch of Ukrainian Borscht soup and it looked so good I just had a bowl of that. Then much later in the evening I went with a bowl of air popped popcorn with garlic powder on it.
The 1200 calories was not reached today, but tomorrow I'll likely be very hungry and make up for the shortfall.

Last night we had home made hamburgers, M&C, sliced cucumber, apple, and sugar snap peas.
Apple crisp is in the oven now.
I bought peas and apples on clearance at Walmart. I bought lean ground beef on clearance at Sobeys.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
