Good Morning! A beautiful sunny day here today. Plan to get out for a walk by the water today.
Need to take advantage of the nice weather.
Food- We have lots of watermelon to eat. It is taking up so much space in the fridge and we have another on the counter.
Breakfast today- 2 eggs over easy with rye toast.

I am back in gear! My treadmill has been dusted off and I am loving it again.
Food- I am back to prepping and it helps. I needed something good tonight so we are having a full roast dinner. I will just have a bit of potatoes with gravy and beef and lots of broccoli
I went on treadmill this morning and then did running around all day long so lots of steps in which is great The weather was amazing today!

So wow!! I noticed last night how much better I feel already cutting out process/dairy/bread etc already. Decided to weigh myself this morning and I am down 10.5 LBS! I knew I could feel it but that is crazy. This motivates me so much!
(my size medium yoga pants will feel better now)
Breakfast this morning will be oatmeal with almond milk and fresh blueberries.
I have a work lunch today (1st one since before Covid!) and I already plan to have salad with chicken.
Off to the treadmill and keep this goingLast edited by Frugalbigmama; Thu, Oct 6th, 2022 at 09:22 AM.

I am sort of off the diet atm, but this week I get to vote for the fattest Bear!! It is truly hilarious fun and celebrates puffy, flumpy furry bears of all ages.

I was out walking all weekend and enjoying the fresh air.
This morning I hoped on the treadmill before work. I plan on walking around the neighbourhood this evening.
Food- I picked up BLSL chicken on sale and each package had 30% off so I cooked some up for a few days (have lunch today) and then wrapped the rest for the freezer. Having cream of wheat (when in the office) and oatmeal at home is really helping me stay on track. I have been under my calories for days and don't feel deprived. I feel so much better (not as bloated) so will be continuing.

Dh and I are officially Picklers
. We decided to try playing pickle ball and are HOOKED! On Sunday we ended up playing for an hour and a half! oh my the cardio is insane when you play singles so you have to cover your entire half of the court. 4 days straight on top of long walks after and we also hit the treadmill in our building since nobody was there. 4km hit run then did 30 minute pickle ball.
Yesterday we picked up tennis racquets and played for 45min. We haven’t played in 20 years but did really well.
Today is supposed to be a rest day but I’ll probably crack and end up running for a bit but first my stretches.

I have never played Picke ball. Do you play on tennis court?
Tennis- We took lessons as kids and have played over the years but they were renovating the courts last time I went. I wonder if they are finished as this week is gorgeous so would be a great time to get out! And I have a new package of tennis balls I found reduced a month ago (like everything else they have really upped the price on!!)
