Oh yes!! You know they only had the 2 of them @ FreshCo with these $5.00 off stickers on them though.
I always see these breasts @ WM but never skinless and boneless like these were.
These were fairly close in weight too, about 1 1/2 pounds of all meat. The final price was just over $7.00 for one and just under $7.00 for the other one.
I covered them right away to let them rest when they came out of the oven, then sliced each one up, so you get that nice cross section eye appeal of the dressing in each slice. I was bleary eyed and half asleep when DH came up to say that they just ate and it was so good! That's nice dear, nighty night, lol.

We're supposed to get hit by a tropical storm overnight, so I stopped at Superstore on the way home, bought some chicken legs on sale to cook for the next day or two in case we lose power. It's been a VERY long time since I've purchased meat anywhere but Costco, didn't have time to go there tonight. Haven't tasted it yet, but there sure is a difference in appearance, big chunks of fat on it. Hopefully it will still be tasty!

Tonight is Beef with Mushrooms over Rice, was planning on a stir fry but mom only wanted mushrooms and onions in it so we switched it up a bit.

Eggs over easy - two for me and six for husband; toast for me, bread for him.
Then to cool off, red creamsicle for me, yogurt cone for him.

Garlic chicken legs roasted in the oven (from butcher, they come marinated, and are yummy), potato wedges, salad of cucumber and onions in sour cream for the men - and in ranch for me.
