I'm making them apart from the eggrolls we purchased at Costco. Have a couple of things in the slow cookers, everything else is done on the stove or in the oven.

The meatballs were the star of the show. My brother went back for thirds.
When I was eating, I was thinking I should have snapped some photos.

Takeout tonight - and wow, husband made a great choice. Breaded cutlets (most awesome!) with gravy, fries, broccoli, orzo soup, salad.
Stuuuufffed!

Cooking a small beef roast and mashed potatoes tonight. Can't handle the turkey again this soon.

Chicken stew tonight, will make some sort of potatoes to go with it, and a salad.

What's for dinner oh gosh oh gee.....I'm opening the floor to suggestions,
I seem to be experiencing a waistline that is evident of my sweet tooth transgressions,
Tonight I would like to keep it light, so maybe a quiche or just soup,
I also don't feel like cooking up a storm as my mind is just not in the loop,
We took steak out of the freezer, but I don't really fancy searing or broiling,
Does anyone else ever get tired of kitchen-ing & in particular the cleaning & toiling?
Maybe just grilled cheese or maybe-perhaps fish & chips,
Anyone have any wonder meals to share; I'd appreciate you sharing your tips.

Making some homemade turkey soup today. It's pretty chilly and damp so hopefully it will go over well with the kids.
