First time making a Butterball Roast Turkey breast, will see how it is. With it: stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, garlic sausage, pasta salad.

Tonight will be Pot Roast Stew over Mashed Potatoes. A nice yummy Garden Cocktail and Beef Base with shredded beef, carrots, celery and mushrooms.

DH bought home ready cooked BBQ chickens from FB for the 4 of us, we made smooth and creamy mashed spuds and cooked up fresh carrots. DH and I had a delicious Caesar salad each prior. Now a small rest till the Juniors start their game!!

Review on the Butterball Turkey Breast roast - well, it tastes really, really good! Not sure it would be worth the cost it usually sells for, I got it for about $11. It's pure, solid breast meat and was very moist and flavourful. I didn't add any seasonings at all, wanted to see what it was like as is. Mind you, served it with gravy and sides so it all was good!
Kinda odd to put this frozen football in the oven for four hours - all you do it put oil on it before. I basted it every hour, even though it wasn't in the destructions.
