What's For Dinner?

I had leftover spaghetti and sauce. Husband will have leftover steak casserole from yesterday - and for him I made fried rice from the plain - adding leftover salami and smokie pieces.

I decided on bbq chicken after asking my roommate and him saying he couldn't stop thinking about the bbq ribs from last night....plus have have all those $4 chicken coupons. So I just need a quick and easy side....cold preferably.

made a batch of fixins for tacos so the gang could come and go as they please, everyone is on a different body clock and schedule. I love that no one likes the hard shells but moi!! I had 3 of the standing up kind, delicious!

Chicken salad with apples, grapes, diced celery, walnuts, mayo/honey mustard dressing.

Not sure..I took out some frozen talapia and we have asparagus, red and yellow peppers and mushrooms for grilling plus I have some mini potatoes so just have to figure out how I want to cook the talapia...I might make roasted vegetable talapia rolls , thats if I am not lazy when I get home from work and after walking the dog haha

I can relate! My week has been all about finding the easiest way to make the best dinners. My energy and motivation has been so low!
I have running around to do after work and probably wont be home till 11pm or so and may stop off somewhere for drinks with a friend. So chances are some terrible for me bar food will be dinner tonight.

Mom got called into work last and I was not feeling well (thought it was because I was hungry) I reheated the leftover homemade chicken fingers and found a tiny bag of leftover fries so cooked those up.

Tonight is a mystery we are supposed to be heading to Costco after work so we will see what happens.

Cheese chunks and grape tomatoes mixed into a bowl of tzatziki sauce. Can you tell I have recently discovered tzatziki and fallen in love with it? Tzatziki on everything!!!!
