What's For Dinner?

hubby shopped for groceries and fixed beef burritos with baked beans with bacon, rice, cheese. All i had to do was chop the tomato and cut the lettuce. I always forget how fast and big the burrito gets when you put all the stuffing together especially i even add salsa and hot sauce to mine. Guess my eyes are always bigger than my tummy

Tonight was pseudo Chinese.... sweet n sour beef w/ rice.

Beef Tortilini (spelling) with a Tomato and Basil sauce, small salad on the side. Carrerras melon for dessert with a scoop of Chapman`s Sundae (caramel flavour).

DH made his roasted sausage potato concoction but we're eating dinner after 10:30 tonight when the other shift worker gets up and the Dd gets home from work! ha ha Indigestion and nightmares anyone??

Our local hall is putting on a harvest supper tonight...turkey with all the trimmings. I`ll go get my takeout in about an hour.

Prime rib of beef( holy smokes it is expensive but hubby wants it), roast potatoes, green beans and Yorkshire pudding. Blueberry pie for dessert.
