Tonight we had Stouffer's individual lasagna, fresh cauliflower, fresh garden carrots, French bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dip with a big glass of milk. I have banana bread baking in muffin liners right now. Our 3yr old son loves to help me bake.

I don't cook with lemon (except on fish) because husband doesn't like it at all.

Last night was Subway - no time to cook when the Jays are playing! haha

Tonight is butter chicken over basmati rice and either a green leaf salad or cabbage salad will see how I feel.

I am making a big pot of turkey stew. Dh will be gone for the next 3 days and I will be home with our 3 young children, so I want leftovers. The turkey meat was previously roasted and frozen. I just dug the red potatoes from the garden and the carrots are organic ones that I bought from an acquaintance.
