Today I bought 2 plump lovely chickens in a bag for just $12.00 from FB!! They are both going to be roasted at the same time. Spuds will join them in the roast pan later and going to steam some broccoli and maybe do up a few carrots too. It's all good.

We had A&W; burgers, onion rings, and their yummy root beer! I miss those days when I was a kid and the servers used to roller skate to your car window with your tray.

Yesterday evening I had lupper, a couple of small wraps, chicken strips baked in the oven then wrapped in a soft tortilla with lettuce, tomato, cheese & ranch dressing..I also had a chicken thawing so baked that in the oven late, made a huge sandwich out of some soft fresh bread that I picked up yesterday,,so have lots of leftover chicken for dinner this evening; I also kept the roaster drippings in the fridge, I can scrape the fat from the top and make gravy; I might make poutine

Probably just a hot chocolate. DH is going to another Xmas party tonight so when he wanders back, he can have tons of leftover prime rib roast supper I made last night.
