DW is making roast duck with roast potatoes, yams, carrots and brussel sprouts.

Was going to make a teriyaki stir fry to use up veggies in the fridge but I am not feeling so well so that will go int he fridge for lunches/dinner this week.

Instead I am not making potatoes with BBQ Dry Rub Chicken bites. Not idea why but potatoes and chicken are my new go to I do not feel well food.

Tonite menu.. chicken bake and stuffed , bake potatoes with cheese ,bacon ,chives and onions , veggies , garlic bread and garden salad .. Tonite for dessert it's going be blueberry pie and ice cream

Dh made oven baked pork ribs, KD, and boiled veggies.

I made a large pan of puffed wheat squares earlier today. I used Imperial margarine for my last few baking recipes, and none of my trust worthy recipes turned out the way that they usually do. I'm done buying Imperial margarine.

We are unexpectedly caring for my brother's 21 month old twins, in addition to our own 16 month old twins, 4yr old, plus Dh, and I. So I think tonight's revised supper plans are home made waffles, Johnsonville breakfast sausages, canned fruit, and a glass of milk.

I made a batch of Lasagna Soup, I like to make the base and then add noddles and bake in the oven like a french onion soup to get a nice cheesy crust
