What's For Dinner?

Cross rib roast with lots of garlic and herbs is in the oven right now, potatoes will go in shortly to keep it company to roast; will make some sort of cooked veg to go with, and a salad.

We ordered in Chinese as my brother and his wife came over-it was yummers!

Homemade pizza. apple crisp and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Tomato veggie noodle dilly soup, leftover Chinese food.

One of the families favorites and the whole reason to doing a large beef roast on Sunday evening.

Hot roast beef sandwiches with the leftover potatoes and vegies on the side and if I'm lucky there will be enough left over for my lunch tomorrow

DH is having pork chops and KD. I'm having hot chocolate.

I fed two adults and 6 kids under 7yrs old. Soft tacos, radishes, and a glass of milk.

I think it was meant to be chili served with rice.

Shake n bake chicken, scalloped potatoes and canned corn. Chocolate cake for dessert.

Last night was Meatloaf Monday with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Tonight- Thinking quick taco Tuesday for DS since I have everything ready/on hand(meat cooked in freezer)

Tomorrow- Pork roast in slowcooker with green beans and will figure out rest. Will thaw roast tonight!

DH is having mashed potatoes, peas and leftover pork chops. I'm having a Beaver Buzz and Hawkins cheezies.

Wolfie, I hope you are eating some 'real' food the rest of the day - uh, not that there is anything wrong with Hawkins cheezies, my fave!

Tonight is leftover roast beef, and I just put a pan in the oven to roast potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, and cauliflower with Italian seasoning and garlic.
