    no one requested it but I don't care....we are having lasagna again! ha ha I find it pretty easy to assemble with the terrific oven ready noodles these days. Also I have many blocks of Mozzarella ( great sales ) to use up. Same goes for pkgs of ground beef, in the freezer. Gosh the smell is going to wake them up. Mmmmm lasagna for breakfast.

    We will likely have leftovers from lunch. Our stomachs must have shrunk because we're not eating as much as we used to. This is always a good thing.

    Friday night we had Chicken Fingers and Fries. Normally we make our own but I came home early from work as I wasn't feeling well so Mom opted to stop and grab the frozen kind so we could have quick and easy dinner.

    Saturday night we had a late lunch (3:30 late) of leftover Pizza and Bread sticks so we skipped dinner

    Tonight we are having Chicken in Mushroom Gravy over mashed potatoes.

    Tomorrow’s supper plan is shepherd’s pie, the mashed potatoes are already in the fridge. Leftover shepherd’s pie on Tuesday before going trick-or-treating with our kids.
