What's For Dinner?

Mom's shift did not change so tonight's dinner is all leftovers:
Meatloaf
Mashed Potatoes
Mushrooms Gravy
Acorn Squash

Came home to meatloaf, tossed salad and canned corn. Tasted so good I have already premade a small plate of the meatloaf and the corn for a munchie later

Sauteed up Mild Italian sausages, boiled then fried some perogies, steamed some cabbage wedges and called it dinner for the guys for work!

Last night went to Texas Roadhouse and had an awesome steak with fries and broccoli.
Tonight I just munched on some chips. I am too tired to make anything.

Had one of those I really do not want to cook therefore I cannot think of anything to cook nights, so I made Chicken In Mushroom Soup over Rice.

Came home to cabbage soup, definitely not my favorite so I think ill try that new kabob place that opened up a while ago

..went out for a burger & fries..not sure if it was an Oz burger or an Ozzie burger, it was huge! 2 large patties, bacon, tarter sauce, cheese, etc

Spaghetti squash with shrimp and spinach in a tomato, basil sauce.

Chicken thighs done in those Maggi oven bags, mashed potatoes, carrots and broccoli.

Tonight it will be leftover pate chinois with macaroni salad,swiss cheese and diet pepsi.

Well, I had some tomato soup and Ritz crackers.
Exciting - not.

My daughter is making home made pizza. One of my favorites and the best thing is that if there is any leftovers they reheat extremely well
