Inventory took over 9 hours today, we started at 6 am we didn't leave until almost 4 pm and then when I got home I got a call from another branch needing help so I worked until after 6. So I grabbed subs on the way home.

It’s a rainy day here and since I picked up my grass fed side of beef yesterday, I’m going to make a braised pot roast with potatoes and carrots. Apple pie for dessert.

..its been a full weekend...Friday night had an unexpected pop-up party, a bunch of friends stopped over and brought lots of yummy seafood to go with my pizza...crab cocktail claws (which are one of my favorite as its all meat and no struggle to open the shell) shrimp and bacon wrapped scallops, etc. Yesterday evening I made chicken alfredo pasta, there's leftovers from that and I'm going to make pork schnitzel to go with it

The Buffet at Spring Rolls!! ( I just HAD to, ha ha celebrating/combining 2 family b'days )
The prep before going was the last meal was on Sat. night at 7-ish. ( pretty small meal )
Sipped a decaf tea at mid day on Sunday, then the Spring Rolls dinner was at 5 p.m. we almost did 2 hrs there!
On Monday I'll have nothing to eat until perhaps 3-4 p.m. Just hydrate and flush out the sodium with water.....but man that was a fun get together and many options of items to order and order again!

I think tonight I will make Egg Roll Stir fry to use up the Napa Cabbage we have in the fridge as well as some other veggies that may be reaching their prime. I think there is a pack of mushrooms that need to be used as well and maybe some celery. I will pull some ground pork from the freezer when I get home and will serve the Stir Fry over rice.

...made a beef stir-fry with lots of veggie over rice
I made these last night...OMG! they are so good, topped with cool whip....I placed my dish on a cookie sheet to bake so the bottom didn't burn...I like things ooey & gooey so I only baked for 30mins, however, the middle was a little soft so will bake for 35 mins next time
