Went to the Boathouse in Belleville, to catch the last few rays dockside on the river.

Tonight's meal will involve white long grain rice with cooked peas and corn. Maybe a smoothie too to use up the last of the frozen blueberries and almond milk and last apple.

We are going to try the boxed back ribs tonight and probably a tossed salad on the side.

..making baby back ribs also..oven style..and oven crispy fries (the key is to cut the potato shoe-string style, soak them in cold water for at least an hour, drain, dry well, season (I use a small drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme or basil & chili powder) and put single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet, and don't crowd the pan, flip often, bake at 425) and corn bread muffins and homemade baked beans that I made on Good Friday and froze small containers...

The side is a little sore today but tolerable so I decided to have something I know does not bother the side so I had a Cesar Salad. I was feeling kind of lazy so instead of Garlic Bread I just had a slice of Rye Bread with Butter.

..keeping it simple today, going to doctor up a Delissio 4 meat pizza (add onion, mushroom, pepper & more cheese) and bake a few wings

Tonight we are going to try making Beef and Cheese Manicotti. My wife is going out in a bit anyways so she is going to pick up some fresh bread

My parents are vacationing in cuba so my brother is ordering from shumka (a feast from a local Ukrainian restaurant) so we are going there for dinner.
