What's For Dinner?

Made some lasagnas yesterday so that was dinner last night and some already in the freezer for future dinners. Leftovers are going to be todays lunch.

Garden bolognese with homemade garlic cashew cream and vegan parm

No exact plan for tonight yet.

We finally are making Homemade Pizza tonight, Mom brought it up both Monday & Tuesday, and I had planned to make it Wednesday night but our dinners this week just weren't going to plan. Tonight is the night Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Onions, Bacon, Cheddar and Parm.

It was late since it was my diploma ceremony
so it was a puff pastry cheddar,brocoli and chicken pot pie with macaroni salad.

Fend for myself so it will be : Cranberries chicken with mashed patatoes and yellow beans,leftover patatoes salad,gouda ,curl cheese and swiss cheese
For dessert too many options haha

I have been seriously bingeing Sneaky Pete on Amazon Prime and finished all 3 seasons ( finally )....so NOW I can think about dinner....lol

it has been a long week for us so my hubby picked up kfc on his way home; kfc doesn't taste the same as i remembered when i was younger

@Purdee , I feel the same way. Not to mention it now makes me feel nauseous, I think it is the grease. I know it is deep-fried but I think they changed their recipe and chicken absorbs more of the grease.

We now get Mary Browns instead so much better.

I have a super busy day so thinking the best option so we are not tempted with Take-Out is to make Dinner well I work in the kitchen so tonight, I just have to pop it in the oven.

I am going to make Spinach Ricotta Pasta Bake and will probably make Cheesy Garlic Naan on the side.

I used up the last of my rice ( not much) and roasted a butternut squash, broccoli and brussel sprouts and mixed together the other night with garam masala, garlic, cumin, pepper and added dried cranberries for a balance of sweetness. Then last night I took the leftovers and added tofu and heated in the pan so the rice got crispy on the bottom. Soooooo good.

Dh has an extra long work day today with inventory so I’m not sure when he will get home. Besides, they will feed him so I’m on my own tonight. I need some inspiration

I took out BLSL chicken breasts from the freezer. I have grape tomatoes to use up. Fresh asapargus. Peppers, onion. MMMM thinking a fancy little pasta dish

I just had the leftovers of my leftovers but I added a ton of fresh spinach.

We all agreed on corned beef hash as the last bag of spuds is going soon. ( lotsa eyes on them )

I just pulled 2 things from the oven but only one of them is up for grabs to eat today, the other is going to be wrapped and frozen until DS and DH's December b'day party! The Glazed Maple Turkey Meatloaf is the one going away, the guys can chow down on the puff pastry pockets I filled with ham and veg.
