Crafter-there is no recipe. I just fry up some onions and mushrooms then add beef strips and some sour cream and serve over egg noodles. Easy peasy and it was tasty.

I've been on my own so earlier I snacked on hummus and Boursin cheese on celery and Finn Crisp crackers and a handful of pistachio nuts. Great sale of the nuts at NF, Wonderful brand 225 gr for $3.00 a bag. ( 6 limit ) . I got the unsalted by accident but they were still delicious.
No now my back to back crazy December schedule has started so last night we ordered 2 plant based pizzas from Panago for their giving Tuesday special. 2 large pizza for $21 total instead of the usual $48 and change. I wasn’t hungry so only had 2 small slices and there’s pizza for Dh’s lunch and more. No cooking for the win!
No Frills has a good price on hams this week so I will be making ham and scalloped potatoes today. I will save most of the ham for Xmas dinner. We usually have turkey but this year I decided on ham. At $14.70 for a Cook's ham you can't go wrong.
Hubs is making homemade pizza tonight.
A large ( very large ) Shepherd's Pie! It's just finishing off in the oven now. Mmmm, my guys sure need this comfort dish to get them through the bitter cold days of the weekend.
All week it has been a slog for them. I did my part today, errands and shopping. Never stopped to have my first coffee and meal till 1:30!
Now I'll have some S.Pie and watch the Leaf game!
