Alright, girlie - are you in my fridge? Yesterday, we both had tuna - today we are both having roasted chicken!!!

Making a roasted chicken - is fresh, though!, with stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, salad, and mixed veggies.

wow Lites! That's crazy. Sadly not the first time I've heard of pyrex shattering.

I'm making Thai Honey Peanut Chicken (tofu for me) for dinner with rice and steamed broccoli.

That happened to me once Lites, but I was taking it out of the oven and it exploded in my hands, the glass and my roast potatoes were blast into thousands of pieces.

Tonight is superbowl sunday so it's Chili, chips and dips, shrimp rings etc!

Well, my gang has requested gnocchi and I will make a salad to go with it. Think I will do them in a night little rose sauce...

It's a triple header sports day today...Rugby this am, Canadiens hockey game at noon, followed by Superbowl soooo...we are having beef dip, fries, and caesar salad...easy peasy for parking our bums on the couch all day!

Sunday night was frozen pizzas! Delissio Canadian, and it was our first time trying the Cheeseburger one - and it was YUMMERS!

Have lots of yummy gravy leftover from roast chicken Saturday, so I'll cook up some chicken breasts and make a chicken casserole of some sort...

I am going to hit the grocery store this a.m. and see if anything inspires me. My hubby has been bugging me to make a hot open faced chicken sandwich so maybe that will take the chill off this evening-we'll see!

I'm thinking a salad because I ate a lot of bad food yesterday LOL
