Really???? Well that is some dedication hahaha. I hope you had a yummy dinner after all that work.
My dinner was delicious, but I made way to much pasta! Don't know what to make with the rest.

Last night was pork souvlaki, Sidekicks asian noodles (yum), and stirfried onions, mushrooms, and broccoli.

On Saturday we had tacos, and yesterday I made chicken souvlaki and wild rice. Ooh and for yesterday's lunch I made a homemade asparagus soup. Soo good! Nothing beats a hot bowl of soup on a cold day.
I'm not sure what I'm going to make today though. Some sort or chicken dish I think.

That sounds delicious, Matt! I love fresh fish. I was spoiled growing up because the only kind of fish we'd have is fresh fish (usually trout) and I am so picky now when it comes to buying fish. I have to know exactly where it came from, and I am still a pretty big sceptic, haha.
Anyway, I saw a can of coconut milk in the cupboard a few minutes ago and it inspired me to try to make a caribbean style chicken curry for dinner! I've never made anything like it before, but I think I will add potatoes and maybe fresh pineapple to it? hmmm.
ooh I can make roti too maybe! :D
