i don't have a pic of mine, as it was eaten about 7 hours ago
but i had salmon, rice and broc, cauli, and carrots
i am working my way thru my freezer and i have a lot of salmon in there, now if only i could get my kid to eat it without bribing him with something (and to get my roommate to stop giving in and giving him something else)
any ideas on how to make salmon? different recipes will be needed thats for sure

I spent the afternoon making Julia Child's Boeuf Bourguignon. Holy cow. 5 1/2 hours later. Apparently DH likes it. Not sure I'll be doing it again anytime soon though.

I made fresh fettuccine then tossed it in olive oil, baby tomatos, olives, and mushrooms.
