I went the cheap and fast route for tonight's meal and maybe they will pack the same for their lunches tomorrow too. Stouffer's Sensations ( 4 bags) and 2 of the Maple Leaf hams that you just slice and warm up.
Logically this should be 8 servings, we'll see.

I must have missed something, Cab...is there any particular reason you've chosen to eat vegetarian? Is this a recent decision? If it's none of my business just say so..
BTW...very nice kitchen counter and stuff!!!

I'm taking a picture of my dinner tonight ! These 435646 cheese roll ups (2 kinds of parmasan, 3 kinds of shredded, ricotta, rolled up in lasagna noodles and baked with more cheese and tomato sauce.

Frying up some mushrooms and onions (i'll add the chicken to this.. I think) which is our #1 side at the cottage. MMM!

and some store bought (don't shoot me!) GIANT (like, it's the side of my head!) garlic bread, with tonnes of cheese.

Yeah, you guys may need to roll me places after tonight.

I think I am only going to have asparagus tonight since I totally pigged out on Haagen Dazs ice cream. It was just me, a spoon and the tub of ice cream. My theory was that if I ate most of the tub now, I wouldn't have to worry about being tempted to eat it all another time? It seemed like the best thing to do at the time, but then I regretted it right after.

Aw cab that was sweet of you to say...but then you are sweet!!
So far so good, they all seem to have liked the taste of that Stouffer's stuff.
I did make a rather large pot of chicken noodle soup ( no meat in it, hooray! )
as a " back up " just in case.
Since today's weather has been so weird they also wanted to eat soup too.

Nothing, i'll be too busy driving to Cab's place to line up to move into that kitchen!

Made pulled pork, beef stew and beef vinadaloo for the peeps last night. I had veggies and tofu last night. Tonight it is big salad with grilled chicken for DH tonight and just big salad for me.
