poached salmon and rice....Mitten-cat got generous offerings from hubby and myself so she is sleeping it off now.

I'm sorry I didn't respond. Thanks Patty for the exact answer. I had not made them in years either but thought what the heck. Somewhere deep in my memory I had the recipe hidden and they turned out fantastic. They turned out so good I sent some home to my neighbor who is a fantastic cook so she can give me her honest opinion.

Oy, the garlicky meal would be heaven in our home; the salmon sounds yummers!
Well, it was way too hot to cook yesterday, plus I didn't feel well, so what I planned with the pork yesterday will happen today for dinner!
So it was Taco Tuesday (I love it when I remember!) for my son and I (he's soft and I'm hard); husband gets KFC when we do that (the places are within a block of each other). Blueberry tarts for evening snack were just great - except a little runny - my first time making filling and I guess I need a different recipe.

didn't know either untill my husband to be told me that he ate Porcupine meatbals for dinner.....
i said what
he explained me what it was, but i didn't know what they are like untill i was invited to eat at his parents.....
DH MOM made the best Porcupine meatbals of all
it was one of their favorite family mealThank's to DH who told me the grumpy Garfield was not at all representative of who i am
