Yesterday it was a fairly early dinner for us all. I just threw Marc Angelo sausages in the roast pan and let them cook about 3/4 hr ( from frozen) then added plenty of fresh finely diced rosemary leaves, sliced apples and I even threw in the fresh cherries that no body had eaten ( I just pulled the stem off, left the pit in) and let the fruit all soften and blend in .( my goodness the aroma was nice)
Sides were homemade chunky chips, thin sliced carrots, and broccoli. ( funny when I get the peeling, chopping help from DH I never know what size veggies I will get, lol.

had some awesome perogies at my christmas pot luck party at work so we're going to try and replicate it with cheemo perogies, whipping cream, butter and dill - everyone goes into the crock pot for 4 hrs on high. Hope it turns out just as good.
we'll also throw cook's ham butt portion into the oven with a honey/dijon mustard glaze.

just finished getting the roast done for dinner later on. Metro had sort of a sale, I guess? ( Red Angus Top sirloin @ $3.44 lb ) The potatoes sure did up nice in that drippings. Just the greens to add.

Kraft dinner with (free) bacon and sauted onions mixed in and a side of carrots for good measure. Probably a nutritional abomination but it was really good!
