Beef and mushroom stroganoff.
winner winner chicken dinner - roasted chicken and potatoes, gravy, hot mixed veg, salad
I have a pork tenderloin, feta cheese, spinach and stove top, lol, so think I might stuff the tenderloin, and bake in the oven using a cream of mushroom sauce,,,and have with it mashed potatoes and fresh peas my cousin gave me from her garden :)
Left over BBQ chicken ..... sandwich.
I can BBQ anything, even pizza. Yep, pizza.
Husband will have leftover chicken dinner food, I'll make tacos for myself (he doesn't eat them).
Ended up taking the $3.49 Tuesday KFC special to the movies. So glad our theater is so laid back with outside food...you can't hide that smell. LOL
I picked up a mini ham and have been using it for sammies for work lunches this week. But I decided to put it out of its misery tonight as I get bored with same thing every day at lunch. So I think I will glaze up the last of the ham, bake a small dish of scalloped potatoes with lots of cheese on top and a fresh garden salad. Another comfort meal, the weather sure does play a factor into meal planning doesn't it?
No energy what-so-ever, so I think I'll order a pizza.
Chicken fajitas!

Pork chops, Baked potatoes, and cauliflower on the BBQ, it's a DQ evening for sure with all this heat and humidity.
Well, I'm full! Usually I can only eat three, but I only had 1/2 sandwich for lunch, so I polished off four!
Ground pork with El Paso taco mix, diced onions and roma tomato, lettuce, little bit of cheese, stand and stuff shells.

^ You made me google, Purdee! Sounds yummy!
It's wonderful your husband likes tomatoes, he gets that lycopene which men need.
It's a struggle for me to get husband to have it, same with son (except ketchup), so once in a while I do make a stew/casserole with lots of tomatoes - and as long as there is lots of meat, they like it and eat it!
I made a 'deconstructed lasagna soup' last night, it was quite good. We're having leftovers of it tonight. It had Italian sausage in it, I think next time I will make my own sausage meat since I found it a bit salty.
Time for simple soup and sandwiches tonight. Will make a veggie soup.
Either leftover ham and potatoes or ramen with added ham veggies and spices.
Last night's supper was KD, double smoked smokies, boiled peas, and a big glass of milk.
Tonight's supper will probably be double smoked smokies, perogies, tossed salad (to use some cherry tomatoes from my garden), sour cream, and a glass of milk.
Last night was Chinese out (DS's bday and his choice) Tonight is free dinner at the Casino with our comps and a free show. Grandma is babysitting :)
I made a big batch of Indian chili. Man oh man was it good :P I think I'll make some fresh cubed hash browns with the chili and an egg on top for tonight.....or maybe bbq burgers if the rain and potential thunderstorms stay away!
I had a salad with kale, beet greens shredded carrot & celery, feta cheese, slivered almonds, quinoa , avocado dressing and added some shredded roasted chicken
more tortellini soup!! (but since they are not gluten free I took just 2 in my bowl and added some pieces of roasted sweet potato ) Honestly, there were so many veggies in his ( DH's ) concoction of soup, the best he has made so far. It is a full meal.
Homemade Spaghetti and Veal Parmesan, fresh Italian loaf and a glass of Ontario red wine.
we went to a local donair shop. Hubby had donair and poutine and coke. I had a child's donair combo that came with fries and pepsi :) just enough for me and even some leftover fries for my dogs
Okay, so is there any credible scientific evidence as to
how long an average north american male can survive
on pop tarts alone?
I don't know of any rocky, however this gal might be sympathetic to your situation?

going out for hot pot for lunch since it's raining and gray outside. Leftover for dinner - a few choices: chicken noodle soup, braised pork and mash potato.
homemade chicken chow mien!
Car is just about loaded up for camping! The plan tonight is spaghetti that I pulled out of the freezer. Nice and easy in case we are still setting up or have started in on the adult beverages already.
^^^^ahhh!!! wish I was going camping this weekend, have fun:)
Its my uncle's birthday today, so there is a bit of shindig later so there will be lots of food so I'm saving myself for that :)
