DH & I have tickets to see Jamie Oliver tonight so we're going to grab something downtown. Hopefully DH doesn't want a street hot dog. He'll be on his own!

DH had been having meatloaf sammies this week (he looooooves them ) so last night it was Tillamook grilled cheese sammies with pickles and ketchup .

The night before was my own chicken curry thing. I cubed 3 chicken breasts and browned them in the pan with Patak's Vindaloo curry paste and then added 2 small cans of condensed mushroom soup. I added it to cooked rice and threw in some GG frozen broc and warmed in the oven It was yummy

    Not sure about tonight???

I might open a tin of Sockeye salmon, and mix with mayo & a bit ofdiced onion, and roll up in romaine leaves as lettuce wraps.

I also might make a perogie casserole:
layer perogies & spaghetti sauce in casserole dish, top with grated cheese, & bake until hot & bubbly.
