    This was lunch which ended up being dinner too since we were stuffed 5/$5

    I made chicken soft tacos for supper tonight! I have enough for leftovers for a couple more meals which works out great because I work job #2 tomorrow night and won't have time to cook much of anything so heating up leftovers is perfect.

    Working till 7am but after work is done I'm stuck at work all day because of a staff meeting at 2pm. So they gave me a room at the hotel comp. East side mario's is next door and you can do room service to your room,lol.

    Don't worry guys, the beef wasn't recalled (yet, hah).
    ...but I stilled cooked it to nearly well done. lol
    I made garlic-y roast potatoes on the side and a wedge salad.
    I'm kind of in love with garlic (so is my bf, so it's okay!) so I sprinkled some fried on top!

    I almost worked at that plant years ago, but I was desperate for a job when I lived in Calgary however people told me it sucked to work there, they push push push to meet quota's..

    Whenever we come back to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area we ALWAYS stop by the Pro Ranch Mexican Market. The food is so super amazing and cheap. Oh, and the churros....

    It's a totally cheesy place but oh so worth it

    well dinner was supposed to be chicken. but after cleaning out the fridge i just discovered my son stuck them in the freezer. GAH!
