So I ended up making that perogy lasagna thingy I posted a link to a few days back. It was reeeeeeally good Next time I will make the dough the day before and all the fillings too so that it's easier to make when I'm in a hurry.

^My god harbie, that looks so good (are you going to be doing penance tomorrow? lol).

I made a roast chicken, rice, green beans and a salad. It was good, but it would have been more practical to buy two ready-made ones from Costco...they are $4.99 each and the one chicken I bought was $11. A scoop of cookies 'n Cream ice cream for dessert.

Last night I made a ground beef casserole with onions, celery, cauliflower and plum tomatoes, served over pasta. Salad was a modified Caesar.

I have made this too, it's fabulous! It also froze well.

Last night I made the kiddies grilled cheese again (which they barely ate) and hubby and I just had some tortilla chips and salsa after they went to bed!
