Tomorrow I am preparing an early supper because our 3yr old son has his first precan skating lesson at 6:15.
I will be roasting a ham. I think we will have it with canned pineapple, home made coleslaw, boiled potatoes, and milk.

Last night made a roast pork with roast potatoes, mashed carrots and turnips with honey, marinated beets and homemade bread and butter pickles and a spring salad. Dessert was red grapes and clémentines, Asiatic pear and aged cheddar cheese.

Tonight for dinner, i dont know exactly yet, but maybe just maybe beef liver fried with lots of onions, mashed potatoes, peas and salad.

Last night we had roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy with carrots and green beans. Was really good! The best part of this meal is prepping everything early in the day and just turning on the oven and pots

Last night I made a Pork Stew thing, no real plan just tossed a bunch of stuff in a roaster and let it go, used Cubed up Pork Chop, Onions, Mushrooms and Carrots cooked in equal parts of Motts Garden Cocktail & Chicken Broth. Thickened the liquid and served over mashed potatoes.

Tonight I am thinking perogie bake quick, simple and filling for a Monday night
