home made beans in my grandmothers cast iron pot got up at 3 am this morning and prepped my beans so at 10 am they were ready n yummy.

Shipwreck casserole is in the oven, making the house smell so yummy! I put shredded cabbage and some carrots at the bottom with the onions, to bump up the veggie factor!

big mixed greens with bell pepper, cucumber, topped with crispy fried onion (from costco) and croutons. Then some cheese rice crackers with hummus

"shake and bake" pork chops, mashed potatoes, carrots and garden salad, not a big fan of the shake and bake recipe I used but it was edible

beef/broccoli and veg stir fry ( raspberry infused vinegar and soy sauce base flavour ) this will be on a bed of basmati rice.

Wasn't feeling well last night so it was Kraft Dinner for dinner, this has become my I do not feel well meal.
Tonight will be something with Chicken Thighs since we need to break down and freezer the pack I got from Costco thinking we will do them in Teriyaki Sauce maybe with some rice and veggies.

We are on to plan B, apparently Mom has some extra money (still do not get this concept) but she is taking me out to dinner, now what to have???????
