...all is calm this morning...we finally have enough snow for snowmobiling ..the pic below is me from last year, this was the snow across the road from my house (although it may have been a little later in the year)..now we just have enough for the ski-doo's (I think)....and a couple of mild days in the forecast for this week, with rain!!!! so the snow will not last....
It's suppose to be a lovely afternoon, so enjoy it while I can....

Two options for dinner tonight, Cheeseburger Soup, found some slightly frost bitten ground beef and figured soup was the best option to often it.
Or we have Prime Rib Pho, yep had some Prime Rib in the freezer from Christmas, simmered the left over meat and bones in both with a Chinese flare added a bunch of veggies and instant Chinese noodles.

Hamburger stew and buns. My mother found a Taste of Home cookbook, so we've been testing recipes out of it.

^ I've got a bunch of them and they are amazing cookbooks.
Tonight, roasted whole chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, Caesar salad, and steamed cauliflower for me.
