...I used this recipe but changed it a little...I cheated and used frozen meatballs and heated in the oven while getting things ready....used cornstarch instead of flour, added ketchup as per some of the other comments and to the sauce added pineapple and red pepper...it was sooooo good...

We went out for supper with my oldest sister and her husband from AB, went to a buffet - it was very good.

Tonight it will be Maple Leaf Ham, mashed potatoes, wax beans, boiled beets with onions and a teensy weensy bit of vinegar and a nice big salad. and homemade Banana Cake.

Just put a big sheet pan of potatoes, onions, carrots, and mushrooms in the oven to roast; will have with heated up ham sausage.

No clue, I fell asleep after work and only woke up because my phone went off. Good I am awake but maybe it would have been best to sleep through dinner since I have no plan

..was hoping to have Thanksgiving at the cabin, cook a big ole' turkey and take with us but a distant relative passed away this week so I have a funeral to attend tomorrow, maybe go after the funeral, TBD ..
