What's For Dinner?

I’m happy that you are getting your appetite back! It’s been ages since I’ve had yellow beans....must get me some.

Appetite is back, but I have to be careful!
I'm not 'dieting' but weight is coming off (I am on a dieuretic). Even in the past few days I ate well and snacked, too.

No Frills was out of yellow beans, and husband said the green ones were sad.

For supper I had chicken fingers, fries and gravy. Husband had dry ribs and buns.
We both have enough left for more than another supper.

Last night, had a soup bowl full of Tostitos multigrain round chips with a tin of Clover leaf chili Thai fish and a Diet Coke Zero.

Leftover chicken and fries, green pepper strips - so fresh and crunchy!

Came home to marinated chicken breast in the oven with a tossed salad and canned corn. I sure can not complain about that meal after a long day. Enough left over for me to take to work tommorow for lunch

BBQ pork chops , johnsonville cheese sausages , baked potatoes, fresh corn on cob , tossed salad and beef fried rice and Diet Pepsi

We’re making a pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy and steamed broccoli. I’m going through my cookbooks to figure out a dessert with ingredients I have on hand. It’s looking like peach crisp with vanilla ice cream.

I got a great deal on pork chops last night so i will bbq some up for myself and my wife and have the left over salad from last night

Last night we made Homemade Chicken Nuggets with Homemade Potato Wedges and Cesar Salad

Today is our company golf tournament and we will have dinner at the course which will be Buffet Style Roast Beef Dinner

I keep seeing the alice chicken pop up on pinterest. I may make it at some point. I have a broccoli salad in the fridge now for tomorrow.

Tonight we had cottage cheese pancakes, bacon and peaches.

It’s cooler here today and since I’ve been craving chicken wings, I’ve got a big pan of garlic pepper wings on convection bake right now. Making a homemade Caesar salad and leftover potato salad. We also ha e leftover peach crisp for dessert.
