What's For Dinner?

Going to my cousins for dinner and the weather seems to be holding out so my guess would be a bbq. My wife went to the local farmers market this morning and picked up a fresh baked pecan pie and i stopped and picked up a bottle of wine

It’s smoky as heck outside so our bbq plans have been changed. I’m making Korean garlic chicken, jasmine rice, shrimp salad and a farmers market peach pie for dessert.

Had to laugh we bought a bunch of meat at Costco yesterday (who can say no to $7 off a package on steaks?) and then tonight we decided on breakfast for dinner. We are having French Toast

Last night we attended my nieces wedding out on their farm. They roasted a whole pig and some lamb plus buns, salads, veggies, squares for dessert etc. Plenty of food to feed everyone.

We just got back from a huge lunch at my daughters house so we have already decided to just have munchies tonight

Tonight was Nachos, Taco Meat with Homemade Seasoning over Nachos with melted Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream & Salsa

Tonight was home made sweet and sour meatballs with pineapple, rice, and steamed cauliflower/broccoli/carrot mixture.

...bbq'd beef short ribs, they were sticky & yummy....grilled asparagus, dinner roll wrapped in tinfoil, and plain white rice topped with kikkoman
