What's For Dinner?

p.s. received my new BBQ today..just needs to be assembled and get some propane. Unfortunately, a windy weekend coming up so definitely LOTS of bbq's next week hopefully

Still out of town for work and was trying to figure out something I could get at a reasonable price that would cover a few meals (happy I did this as we have some seriously wicked weather here tonight and am happy I did not have to stop).

Normally when on the road I order a person pasta meal from East Side Mario's as it gives me dinner and lunch the next day but I wanted more this time. I looked at their bigger combo but wasn't sure. I found Boston Pizza also had bundles and went with theirs which I am happy I did.

I got a medium 3 topping pizza which was dinner last night, lunch today plus I have 2 more pieces at work I can eat tomorrow. A pasta dish (I got 7 cheese ravioli) which is tonight's dinner plus garlic toast (I ate the garlic toast last night as I knew it wouldn't save well). Plus a Cesar Salad which I am also having for dinner tonight but will not be able to finish and will take to work with me tomorrow.

I have to say for just over $30 I am happy this have covered 4 meals.

A busy day here so mostly snacking through the day. We’ve got a bridge tournament this morning, shopping for furniture this afternoon, then dinner and a concert in Kelowna( about a 45 minute drive).

Sounds like a good deal but in the past I would almost consider eating all of that as a meal lol (I'm only 1/2 joking )

Anyway I'm trying to eat better. So tonight I'm having a chicken wrap again with a side of carrot sticks and cucumber slices.

Tonight bbq pork chops , baked potatoes with bacon,cheese and chives , tossed salad and garlic bread

Mom is just getting back to eat normal since she had the flu which means pretty much all of the veggies I bought before I went out of town are still in the fridge and need to be used. My best option to use the most veggies in 1 dish is a Stir Fry, will serve over rice. Now I just need to decide on Chicken or Beef.
