what is the fascination with those hamburger buns they call Brioche? I have avoided buying them since they are terribly overpriced and since I personally cannot eat carbs...hrmph!
However...yesterday at NF they had 6 buns in a pack for $1.50! So I grabbed up 4 pkgs.
Once back home I mixed together some lean burger, herbs, crumbs, egg and cooked up the patties.
My guys will be taking in burgers for their work meal, 2 different salads as their sides.

Taking my mother up north for a few days depending on weather. She is a extremely plain eater so tonight is going to be grilled cheese and tomatoe soup.

hubby fixed two pork tenderloins and i tried my hands at making roties or roti. To me they are very similar to flat breads but thinner, and i guess you can varies the thickness and they become naans. The first recipe did not turn out so well but the 2nd recipe worked better for me. There are so many recipes out there it was hard to pick one to try.

some recipes call for oiling the pan before dropping the roti and some don't. I had success with this recipe http://www.manjulaskitchen.com/roti-...-indian-bread/; it seems to be the "healthiest"
