Last night I made what I call my Air Fryer Chicken, I bread Chicken with a mix of flour, bread crumbs, panko with a bunch of spices and parm and then I air fry it.

On the side I made Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Lemon Asparagus.

Now for the age old question, what is for dinner tonight?

I just cooked up the chicken I had in the fridge. Now they can add that to the leftover mix. Chicken ceaser wrap sounds good for me for dinner!

Tonight will be Yogurt Curry Chicken (I saw this on Pinterest a few weeks ago and could not stop thinking about it but kept forgetting to marinate), on the stir with be Rice with Stir Fry Veggies.

Love the bag of Stir Fry Veggies from Costco, they have real pieces of veggies not little tiny slivers and they last forever.

Tonight is a massive pot of split pea and lentil soup. Mmmmmmm smells so good. I’m also bringing some down to my parents house for them.

Hmmmm. Maybe I should whip up a pot of homemade pasta sauce. DS has hockey all weekend (well depending on tonight's game)
Something simple to have ready to eat.

Tonight we are having a couple friends come by for a potluck. Hubs made a cake and I made Potatoes Romanoff. They are bringing chicken and salad. Should be a nice change.

Leftovers-clean out the fridge of chili, salad, potatoes, rice etc. Definitely no need to cook or eat out! Besides I already had a bagel and coffee at Timmie's this a.m.

We have some bacon to use up so we decided on Clubhouse Sandwiches with Homemade Potato Wedges. I just do the wedges with spices, not breading, honestly, I find the breading makes them a bit dry.

Try this place IF it is within your area! ( located in Scarborough Warden and Finch ) Better than Mandarin and Dragon Pearl

Well, @lizzie bargain Imho, it isn't when you compare it to the other places. The lunch menu is only $25.00 weekdays, $30.00 on weekends. ( for adults )
Dinner you always have more options ( Peking duck, lobster tails, crab legs etc. ) so the price goes up to $45.00 M-F and $50.00 on weekends.
Remember we are seniors, so we get the discount. ( our dinners were only $43.00 each )

By comparison The Mandarin prices are as follows:

and the Dragon Pearl prices are this:

I suppose they are maybe ALL just as pricey as each other but as far as this new place goes they win in all areas for extensive amount of sashimi, fresh fish and many new items ( Black and Gold Molten Lava bun! ) that we had never seen in either of the other buffets. Lots of free parking and the sheer space in this place is wonderful. You don't feel squished into a table or room afraid to speak too loud and having the other guests close enough to eavesdrop on you. ha ha
