i'm exhausted. never been so tired in my life since finding out i had sleep apnea. but i don't think that's wots going on. and i KNOW KNOW KNOW it's NOT NOT NOT depression.

Are you on a machine for sleeping now that you found out? I remember (a LONG time ago now) when my dad got put on the machine after he found out, he was exhausted too. That's because your body isn't used to getting the sleep it actually needs, and now that you're getting that sleep, it's like you're catching up from years missed.

I had heard of that before, but the ladies in reception at the facility I go to say to drink juice that's loaded with sugar just before you go in. One time I said to them "Ya right, drink juice after you torturous people have made me drink a litre of water an hour before." I think I'll stick to the chocolate!!

DH is now getting this darned cold. If Tyler has it, he's feeling just fine. That means that this weekend I'm going to have two big babies on my hands.

BG: that's probably what it is, i haven't been using it for a week or so, and that's like losing a months worth of sleep because your tiring yourself out even more trying to kicck start yer breathing (27x per hour).. ty for reminding me, it's probably that. it took 3 years to find out i had it, and have been on machine for 2 i think now...

the room is buzzing lately. i will just send a big hug to everyone.
i can't wait to see our latest star. i will tell everyone i knew her before she started in milan. its friday and its so beautiful out, spring is here. i am going to my first real garage sale, if you see a girl on the antique road show with bad hair,big butt and a clock/book screaming in a unladylike manner it is me. have a great weekend my points friends
