ack I know!! I couldnt imagine still doing it at like 11 months!!! LOL DD still wakes up at least once a night and shes almost 3. Not for a drink, just enough to make me get up and put her back to bed...LOL

Nadia, I just wanted to say that reading your posts and following that thread, I completely understand what you're trying to say. You felt that the detergent was at fault for ruining your baby's clothes and you wanted to talk to the company to find out if they would compensate you for your loss. I don't have kids yet, but I get it.

If I were in your situation, I'd want some answers too. Please don't feel like you have to get your back up and defend yourself, you were just stating your situation and what you planned to do about it. However the company choose to address your complaint is their call. And like bub said, there's a standard procedure for stuff like this.
