I have received Chapters e-certificates from them a couple of times. Most surveys pay you in points though.

As far as how long it takes... it's really random. Sometimes I don't hear from them in a while then suddenly I get a whole bunch of emails from them to do new surveys, one right after another.

how long have you been a member with them? I know there's been a couple occasions where others have received products and I haven't, even products that are relevant to me, but it's probably some distinct screening process or a quota of people they're looking for. like the countess said up there as well, the process can seem pretty random at times and I've experienced that with a few survey companies -- from a dry spell to a surge of surveys. if they're not responding to you via e-mail, try their 1-800 number -- 1 (800) 268-7115. good luck, hope you get some soon!

ack, that sucks, I've never heard of that happening before... sorry to hear it. hopefully it's just a technical issue they take care of right away. if you don't get a response via e-mail, try the 1-800 number I posted above. I've never tried calling it (as I've always had good results contacting them online) but it might get you a faster response if you need one. especially if you don't receive a response at all. eek, hope you get your account back.
