So the storm of the century for Ontario has begun. They are calling it SNOWGEDDON so we shall see how right they are. They said 20cm here today and then over the weekend another 10cm and by xmas another 5-10cm....hoping there is enough snow I do not have to go to my inlaws

Had to go out this morning to Dr (I swear the idiot secretary hates me & checks the weather forecast before scheduling me in). When I left it was windy but dry. I was crossing the street to get there, when the wind suddenly stopped & the heavens unleashed their fury. Took me over an hour to get home (usually 20 minutes) & looked like a snowman when I walked in the door (covered in blowing snow).

20 cm is nothing, we had 90 in one snowfall one year!

um.. i entered the oral b contest, but now can't see my entry?

Don't forget we have silly streetcars, which stop running when their tracks ice over (anyone else see a problem with that in our climate?) & block roads. Scariest thing around here are the bike couriers who are clearly colourblind since they don't stop for traffic lights.

good day, its snowing here too and hope it stops soon.my tree looks lopsided and odd ,hey if they don't like it they can go home. i am cross about the stupid tree but i am afraid to throw anything because i might break something and it would make things even worse.on a good note its the weekend.

Last year I was throwing snowballs for my dog to chase, & I slipped & fell. Luckily I had lots of, um, padding to prevent any real injury. The only thing broken was the snowball (& my dignity).

I just got back from the hardest walk I have ever done (with the exception of 60km in a weekend ). It is snowing like a *$%&# here and Tyler and I decided to brave the snow ... what a walk. Easy for Tyler, though It's good for me ... could stand to lose a few pounds anyways.

Jode - good to hear that DH is getting help. Hope you are feeling a little better about things too.

I'm gonna be out of town for a wedding for almost a week, leaving in an hour, yes I'm freaking out.

I wrote one of those long multiquote posts the other day, fell asleep while replying, computer updated and conveniently restarted itself, leaving me with nothing

Anyway, just can't catch up

I don't know if I'll be able to be on the computer while gone or not....

I will be home on Christmas Eve, but will prob be going insane trying to last minute shop for groceries and kids Christmas, sooooo....
