well, sounds like they are giving you a brand new one and at the same time hoping you won't go thru the hassel
tell them you'll ship them the door to fix/replace?
that's if it comes off?
if you decide to ship the damn thing, make sure they give u a warrnaty receipt that starts from the day you recieve it. we know this handle is going to come off too.
RT: am going to get u back for that one. maybe not here..maybe somewhere else..hm..tom has 30soemthing poos...Last edited by NSangel; Thu, Feb 19th, 2009 at 03:42 PM.

Hey, NS, Happy Birthday!!!!!
Here are a few quotes to get you through the day.
A diplomat is a man who always remembers a woman's birthday but never remembers her age.
Robert Frost
Death and taxes and childbirth! There's never any convenient time for any of them.
Margaret Mitchell
There was a star danced, and under that was I born.
William Shakespeare
The old believe everything; the middle-aged
suspect everything; the young know everything.
Oscar Wilde
Those whom the gods love grow young.
Oscar Wilde
I am not young enough to know everything.
Oscar Wilde
Youth has no age.
Pablo Picasso
Youth had been a habit of hers for so long that she could not part with it.
Rudyard Kipling
At twenty years of age, the will reigns; at thirty, the wit; and at forty, the judgment.
Benjamin Franklin
Pleas'd to look forward, pleas'd to look behind,
and count each birthday with a grateful mind.
Alexander Pope
Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.
Mark Twain
Wrinkles should merely indicate where smiles have been.
Mark Twain
And for all of us who need to go out & get new glasses:
The spiritual eyesight improves as the physical eyesight declines.

RT, alot of companies have sent their customer service to India. You would be surprised. When I worked at big blue we moved alot of technical and customer service there because the cost of one contractor in Canada is equal to 3 full time employees in India. They are paid cheap but they do not provide the same level of support and alot of complaints. I am happy to see Bell decided to listen to their customers and bring the service back. We used to have some companies ready to pull out of their contract for sending the business to India. No offense to anyone but they are simply taught the manual as you said and do not go out of the box like we are willing to here. That is what they are taught, not their faults. Most of the people there are really smart individuals just trying to make a living so the turnover is high of employees. One day you will have 50 employees there (I managed them from here) and the next day only 10 because competition opened shop up the street and offered the people an additional $1 a day

Stupidly been overdoing it (been busy the last 8 days with no real day of rest in between), & even though it's fun things (7 plays & 1 meal out), my body's not happy. Took my dog up to the roof earlier (we have a shared patio for everyone in the building but very few folks use it) & the snow started flying as soon as we stepped out the door. The lazy dog (who clearly takes after me ) walked slowly around, then sat at the door, insisting we go back home. Sheesh. We turned around, went back home & I decided to take a nap. That was 3 hours ago, & I just woke up. Still sleepy, but at least I got my 30 seconds of fresh air for today.
Anyone know when spring is gonna get here?????
