Homemade veggie soup followed by Chickpea Ragout and basmati rice for the veggie(me!!...leftovers from yesterday!) and mini meatloaf(meatloaves) , mash, peas n corn for the meaties in my life.
Strawberries n yogurt topped with toasted coconut.....

Tonight will be leftover cabbage rolls (there aren't many and hopefully I won't be tempted to have some for lunch!), pork souvlaki, roasted potatoes, and salad.

WE had homeade cabbage rolls last night! yum! Tonight is a almost free meal! Catelli Pasta with cheese with a side of Bush's Baked beans!!! Easy too!

I did some experimenting tonight...Hamburger Helper Cheesy Shells, made to pkg directions...and then I added 1/2 a can of black beans, taco seasoning, 1/2 a jar of medium salsa, served with sour cream and whole grain tortilla chips...not to bad!

Today was Christmas day for us, so we had family over and we had roasted pig, cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers, roasted red pepper salad, cheese strudel (kinda like spanikopita), and rice. I am stuffed!

Tonight is tacos made with ground chicken instead of beef and all the fixin's of course.

That sounds yummy. I haven't had perogies in a long time. I will have to stop by RCSS to pick some. Can't make my own.
