What's For Dinner?

For someone who was not going to cook and get takeout, I am suddenly making quite the feast from scratch- caesar salad , corn bread (first time I hope it is good!) baked salmon, garlic shrimp, and home fries.

Mmmm... I just got some perogies from superstore... maybe I'll make this tomorrow.... and sour creammmmmmmm.... I think there really should be a drooling smilie..

Haven't made it for over 10 years, but I'm making Hamburger Helper out of a box (sheesh!), the stroganoff one. I just couldn't resist using the coupon for the free ground beef.
