we had fish, french fries and corn, not the healthiest but the kids ate it and thats what matters some nights!

I use Ground Chicken instead of ground turkey just because that's what our family prefers. No it does not run out in the oven. Just make sure that you seal the cheese inside the meatloaf so that it can't run out. When it comes out of the oven I let it sit for about 10 minutes so that the cheese can firm up a bit.

OOOooo, everyone's meals sound so yummy.
I wasn't feeling good, so I was having a nap - and woke up to a lovely cooking smell! I followed the smell to the kitchen where my son and husband were making grilled cheese and bologna sammies! There was smoke in the air, but they tasted great!

Tonight was trout baked in the oven, shrimp cakes (like crab cakes, but made with shrimp), and tossed salad.
