Natalka is you ever get to Calgary there is a great Eastern European restaurant there. I took the Hun there when his Tata past away, an memorial dinner , it was wonderful. It's a shame that there is no E E restaurant here in town. The only good E aster European butcher is Emco.

Tonight was my version of Mexican rice(basmati with diced onions, cumin and a dash of cinnamon) cooked in chicken / veg stock(I didn't have enough chicken ). With chicken strips cooked in one of those El Passo Fajita and chicken taco mixes. Then I topped it all off with a dolip of salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese and the crushed tortilla chips from the bottom of the bag It was really yummy!
