Natalka is you ever get to Calgary there is a great Eastern European restaurant there. I took the Hun there when his Tata past away, an memorial dinner , it was wonderful. It's a shame that there is no E E restaurant here in town. The only good E aster European butcher is Emco.

Tonight was my version of Mexican rice(basmati with diced onions, cumin and a dash of cinnamon) cooked in chicken / veg stock(I didn't have enough chicken ). With chicken strips cooked in one of those El Passo Fajita and chicken taco mixes. Then I topped it all off with a dolip of salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese and the crushed tortilla chips from the bottom of the bag It was really yummy!

Okay, I'm starting to think all my dinner pics look the same... and I guess they do! This is actually breaded and sauteed sole with a sauce that I made by deglazing the pan after with some white wine. Green beans (instead of broccoli!) and a Yukon Gold potato and some really expensive tomatoes.

mcminsen, they hardly all look alike, sheesh! They look amazingly delish! I would just be gobbling them up!
    Same problem with tomatoes here...
